I don't think that is true. 4070 will consume less power but performance of 3070ti is better than 4070. 4070 GPU has memory interface width of 128 bit vs 3070ti has 256 bit

This is false info-- this is not a full powered 4070 laptop GPU as it's wattage is nerfed.
The deal in this thread for the Asus is 150 watts and is a "ti" GPU.

This is a mediocre deal at best. You can get a brand new Asus TUF edition laptop with 12700H and 4070 for 999 at Best buy. That laptop has absolutely rave reviews too.
