I had a horrible experience with Cync about 2 years ago. Hopefully, they have solved their issues but I will never buy from them again.
About 15 of the 30 BR30 lights I bought were complete junk....

The Cync product page says, "Cut the light strip to size or link up to 32-feet" Once you cut a strip, you can't easily connect another extension.
