My daughter has had the elevator dollhouse for about 3 years now and plays with it almost daily. It's not the highest quality but it has held up and she loves it.

We have one that is very similar to the Savannah. At $40 it's a good price. I had to bust out the wood glue for a couple spots that didn't stay together on the staircase but otherwise it's held up...
