Well I use it every day and it's amazing at bringing 50-60 frames up to 90+ and feels very responsive. I think what you mean is it's not good at taking like 20 fps to 40.

Without dlss 3 frame generation, yes. With it both a 4060 and 4060ti can out perform a 3070, but yes only in games that support dlss 3

I would go with this one since the MSI has only a 4060. This one has a better GPU, power supply, and slightly faster CPU. Although the MSI is a bit less expensive and is new vs refurbished.
