Older and more powerful i7 + 3070 (~20% faster) + 2y warranty (refurb) vs newer less powerful i5 + 4060 + 1y (new) warranty. Not sure if this one is ddr4 or ddr5

Well I use it every day and it's amazing at bringing 50-60 frames up to 90+ and feels very responsive. I think what you mean is it's not good at taking like 20 fps to 40.

Without dlss 3 frame generation, yes. With it both a 4060 and 4060ti can out perform a 3070, but yes only in games that support dlss 3

The 3070 will outperform the 4060 in every game currently available. If we were talking about a 4070 vs 3070 it would be a different story.

I would go with this one since the MSI has only a 4060. This one has a better GPU, power supply, and slightly faster CPU. Although the MSI is a bit less expensive and is new vs refurbished.

Do not buy a 30 series card,they do not support dlss 3.0 frame generation and are already outdated. Get a lower spec 40 series before you get this.
