For what it's worth, Rosetta Stone is best learning software out there to have usable skills. Babbel is next. Duolingo is pretty useless (it's a game of memory amd doesn't reinforce what's learned).

Mine worked after going to Rosetta Stone site and using "forgot password" option. After resetting password and logging in, my subscription was active.
