100MB sounds more like a clean install from media than a factory loadout. to look at your disk layout without a lot of downloaded adware, run diskpart, then the commands:

I didn't use the default. Actually created the EFI and MSR partition manually using diskpart during the installation. The new EFI partition is now 300MB. Yep, it is 102MB used.

Have you tried downloading the BIOS firmware file from the Lenovo site itself. Might work to "reset" the current setting and it should resync with Lenovo Vantage.
