Don't DLSS and FSR fix that problem? And these are supported in Last of Us. Otherwise you can tweak the settings to get the frames you want, or... how about integer scaling? Would be 1280x800...

I'm not sure why you say that, per the link you gave (and every place that has tested both) the 13700HX is *much* faster than the 7735HS. But... the HX processors are missing some power saving...

Because the GPU is the big difference, more important than TB4 or anything else. The GPU will easily outpace the 4060 by 10-20% increase in FPS.
