I've used this brand for a long time. I buy their L desk an put 55 inch monitors (70lbs+) across it on their legs. I think it'll be safe for the standard user. An I've probably slammed my fist on it...

Yeah everyone seems to be taking offense to me saying it's not worth it and the risk involved. I loved when I had my glass desk, it looked nice, it was easy to clean, it was easy to put together....

Never get glass top desk/table specially to put your desktop PC on. If it breaks while you're using the computer, could well be a few stitches at the nearest ER.

I don't have that specific desk but got another one similar to that. It looks like there are just 4 screws to hold the tray in place and don't think that it adds any rigidity to it.
