Reinstall windows from windows recovery menu, remove all dell bloat, update bios and drivers. Call dell support and have them walk you through this, if you cannot be bothered to google how.

Yeah I agree. About a 20% uplift compared to 4060 (Jarrod Tech) and the same VRAM means that imo 4070 laptops should be priced very closely to 4060 or they aren't really worth it.

Nvidia needs to fix their mobile offerings. The 4070 mobile does not offer much over the 4060 mobile. Then there’s a huge leap to the 4080 with basically nothing in the middle.
