I tried it that way too. I had the same experience. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had to call them. The app is great for ordering but these promotions never work like they're supposed...

Same but all the recent drops are based on PST and are at a terrible hour for the East coast. I got no auto response from the email. You can call 1 (800) 822-6235 option 4 to speak with someone....
