Have one of these, a makita, and a milwaukee set. I spent the least on this set and it's by far the most useful. Also love the latch lock on this by far compared to the slider on the makita box and...

I got these a while back for $6-7 through DTO. I mostly purchased the kit for the sockets / socket adaptors. I’ve used quite frequently (DIY), and have no complaints. I think I’ve stripped 1-2 of...

I agree. I was stripping the head of one of these trying to drive screws while installing blinds. But I do use this kit a ton for basic crap around the house.

For light use, these are fine, but they are actually unsafe to use with an impact driver. I have had two of these "impact rated" bits explode when just driving wood screws and send shards of metal...

This set has been 14.99 in store for the passed 13 months at Home Depot. Not sure what the slick part of this deal is. Also I purchased 5 of these sets for 12.99 each on the direct tools factory...

That's actually how impact rated bits and sockets are supposed to behave. 👍When over-torqued, it's safer to bend than being split into flying shards.

I purchased ryobi drill bits maybe two years ago and one of them broke off and stuck in my wall. Was a real pain to get that stick of metal out lol.

Came here to say this. I have a nearly antique and highly abused dc825 that snaps these like twigs.... I can't imagine what a newer higher torque tool would do. I've had better luck with Bauer and...

I got a much better and bigger set of Milwaukee bits at HD for -$28 a few months ago. The Ryobi bits are terrible for impact use. Check that Farm guy’s review.
