I have both options at my home. Different applications for sure. There is always this argument of gas powered vs electric. There will be circumstances that only one of the two would work.

Its not superior when you factor in cost and lifespan. You can get 2 4500w inverter gens and link them together for less than $2k. The only advantage i can see is that you can run the battery...
