The bench and stand are perfectly fine. It's a proper wooden stand built specifically for it that the piano gets mounted to, and wooden seat, unlike the cheap folding stand/bench from Adorama....

The bench is pretty nice. Well built and has room for books under the seat. The stand isn't bad. There are nicer ones available but it works and seems solid. I haven't tried the headphones yet.
