This is a square wave inverter not a full sin wave inverter. Most medical devices use input power for things like timing and a square wave inverter CAN damage the device.

Wish milwaukee supported a tool to a/c plug adapter. It would be nice to have the option to not use batteries. I think milwaukee makes a lot off its batteries. Seems it's not so easy to do...

I think you were probably being sarcastic in your comment, but tesla is able to make batteries last long and do better because of water cooling and a battery management system.

Already well answered by this comment below but TL;DR: it depends on the wattage and the battery size but the 6AH that comes with this should power a typical ~10W LED A20 bulb for around 8-10hrs.

Yeah, I'd definitely prefer if it were at least 60W USB-C PD... but 45W is better than just standard USB-A.
