Desktop advantages: 1. Deluxe does everything essentially, no reason to pay to upgrade to premiere (despite the deceptive marketing). It's generally cheaper as a result. 2. Data stays local (not...

Had gone to Costco warehouse yesterday. These Turbotax deals (eg: TT Deluxe for $45 + $10 credit) are still running until 10Feb. Edit: checked Costco website and this deal is also available...

This would be reported on schedule E or C, both of which are in the desktop deluxe version. Supposedly premier provides extra guidance in this area, but I have heard this is more marketing than...

Is the Costco price different in store vs online? Some of their products are priced differently in store. Thanks

Both? Single intuit account, but up to 5 federal e-files included and unlimited (I think) printed returns. So as long as you're willing to share that intuit account with others, you're fine.

Does Premier work if you have some 1099-NEC income or does one need Home and Business?

Do we know if the bundled E-files are available for use by a single Intuit account or can others in the household log-in and use?

Deluxe (desktop) will handle that just fine. In fact, it does pretty much everything Premier does, possibly with slightly less guidance. It's mostly marketing nonsense to upsell you on something you...
