Someone on FBM is selling a 5700xt for less than $75, but they also say it shuts down their computer playing certain games. I was thinking of making an offer on it, repasting, underclocking and...

i agree rx 580 is still a good option if thats within your budget, and yea this card is atrocious for this price, for sure. and TBF you're right, you can snag an rx 580 for like ~$60 while a 5700 is...

You're taking my comment about the 6800XT too literally, all I'm saying is one has to be careful with the "spend a little more to get x" logic. It can be a slippery slope. The 580 versus this, to...

Just grabbed this for $152, best price/performance I could find: ASRock AMD Radeon RX 6600 Challenger D Dual Fan 8GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 Graphics Card $151.96

I said an RX 5700, not RX 5700 XT, you can find them for ~150 USD, much less than the price of a 6800 XT. Not sure how shopping with a sub $200 budget leads you anywhere near a $500 budget. RX 580 is...

Maybe, but right now, a 5700XT is gonna run you more than twice as much as a 580. The "spend a little more to get x" argument is a slippery slope. Before you know it, you're looking at 6800 XTs.

That’s a horrendous review for the 6500xt. Especially if someone with pcie 3 was looking to upgrade. The rx 580 8 gig is tempting by price if bought new. Used, it’s a different story since...

I'd spend a little more and grab an RX 5700, used, and repaste it. I think every once and Awhile you can find them new/refurb for about $130

Don't know why they thumbed this down, it's right on the money. A gimped refurbished card with little warranty. What could go wrong? On second thought, perhaps you should just let suckers be...

I don't dispute that, on a limited budget, this GPU will get the job done. But the overarching argument is that you can get better for a similar price. This GPU's strong suit is not its price but its...

I'm baffled they still sell these, but I'm glad they are, for those who can't afford the newer stuff. These are decent GPUs for the money, IMO.

Good deal on a budget 1080p card. I use a 6600xt in my main pc and most games run at full speed @1440p. I also have the RX6400 in my htpc and can emulate everything up to the switch. These cards will...

For those like me that don't know, the "Radeon RX 6500 XT" is less than half the performance of the "Radeon RX 6700 XT" everyone talks about. No comparison (4gb vs 12gb). The names are close on...
Soyo Rx5700xt can be had for $40-120 new on Aliexpress depending on if it's on sale. Been using one for months. Soyo is a somewhat known brand that has been around for years. Soyo use to manufacture...

I've done it twice in the last 2 years. Both times, it was ASUS GPUs, and ASUS customer service has been awesome to me. The first time, I had a picture of the original receipt. The second time, no...
