Starting a relatively modern fridge (made within the last 10 years) shouldn't be a problem. The bigger issue will be that it won't be able to keep it running for too long. Good for short outages.

I bought a refurb EcoFlow and messaged the company. They did offer the 5 year warranty just like it was a new item. Definitely worth taking a look at their products and consider saving some money too...
