Fruity taste also means more acidic. This flavor is bright but not acidic. I got the variety pack before as well and I don't think of any of them were too caffeinated. I can be caffeine sensitive....

Light roasts are SUPPOSED to have more caffeine than the others as it doesn't have as much roasting to remove it.
