I tried that setting on my asus and really didn’t like what it did to sim racing, but it may be great for other games.

The AOC Agon AG493UCX has a KVM. I've got that monitor, with my desktop plugged in via DP and USB3.0, and my work laptop plugged in via USB-C. They share mouse and keyboard. ​
