Nice set for this price or lower. Use an external streamer to not stress the lower level processor (and deal with LG OS) and you're golden.

Same price basically everywhere else right now, it will even go down more with B4 coming out soon. Also the AllState warranty does not cover burn-ins. Only benefit to this is Costco's return policy.
