I wouldn’t call it a sequel as much as fan fiction that they somehow got Crichton’s estate to let him use his name on. Far cry from the original.

I read this about 10 years ago. I was amazed by his grasp of technology and where it was heading when he wrote this in 1969. It was interesting how he described a computer terminal like the reader...

Absolutely excellent read; holds up well! Hard to believe it was written over 50 (!) years ago. Crichton was an absolute master.
