if you look at the ingredients, it has Sodium Tallowate as well as Tallow Acid. Tallow is animal fat, so these two ingredients come from an animal

Yea, soaps are from the 19th century. Now a days people sit in the back of a pickup truck and shower in car washes. Try the premium wash sometime. Much more advanced than using a bar soap!

I'm not vegan personally either, but I make sure most of the animals that I eat are, so that counts for like 2nd generation vegan right I only eat carnivores on special occasions

Because soap is a product of a chemical reaction between fat and a caustic base. So fat can be any origin animal or plant and doesn't make any difference! Same product and does the same job.
