If you like Castlevania games like Symphony of the Night then yes Bloodstained is a good game for you. I really enjoyed the 3d one quite a bit myself(I really like metroidvanias).

I've picked up playing GBA on retro handheld and replaying Advanced Wars. Definitely on the top 5 along with Castlevania.

Both 82/100 Metacritic. I'd personally dock 10 points from 2. Gameplay gets repetitive and dying at a boss sends you far enough back in the level that I pause and come back to it the next day.
