Not in practice. Only in theory. I'm paying for 2TB of iCloud storage ($9.99+tax per month), and on my 512GB iPhone I occasionally get the error message when I try shooting video that I cannot start...

It doesn’t but how else do you think Apple manages to keep a 40 percent profit margin. It’s not by playing nice with the consumers. You’re just a number to them for there bottom line.

$150 upcharge for an extra 192GB of storage is way too much. $50 would be reasonable. Pretty sure that it doesn’t even cost Apple $10 to go from 64GB to 256GB.
