The 6 pipes are marginally better and yes the 2nd fan will cool probably 2-3c better
My biggest issue with Thermalright is the huge ugly lettering on all their products.

I can not find anywhere what wattage the Cooler can Handle? Think that would be Key, if the Cooller can't handle 100W dissapation (example) then all 12,13,14th gen Intel can not use it?
