My local store had two on the shelf; I grabbed one as a just-in-case drive. Note that these things are slooooooow, with 2100MB/s reads and 1500MB/s writes. They also had some 1TB 2.5" internal SSDs...

Look for the display box in the hard drive / SSD aisle in-store and bring it to cashier for them to retrieve it. If the display box isn't there then it's most likely sold-out.
