Good buy and great with oats. I always throw a bit of these with oats and whey protein into a shaker bottle the night before for breakfast. Healthy and tastes good.

Huh? It's thought that low fiber diets cause diverticuli. Also the notion that small bits of food (like this or nuts) cause inflammation (diverticulitis) has pretty much been debunked.

Thank you. I just saw them clearing them out for $5.00. Not sure how they taste or how to use them, so I decided to not purchase. I looked at them right after reviewing the Chia seeds.
