Mine didn't either.and the bottom was a plate with holes instead of a mesh of wires. I'm wondering if this was the older model. Did anyone get one with a removable pellet adapter?

I see some videos that it comes with a pellet adapter. Mine didn’t come with one. What’s the point of getting pellets without the adapter, or do I not need one?

I use a Weber chimney charcoal starter all the time for marshmallows and it's also used for, well, starting charcoal. This Solo is prettier though.
