If you have microcenter you can get 7700x with msi b650 and 32gb of ram for $370 much more future proof since it has am5 socket motherboard. Just my personal opinion

I've managed to cool with a peerless assassin 120SE but under sustained loads I'd recommend a 280mm AIO. A 240 might just wing it but then better to opt for the cheaper air cooler (PS120SE)
