"Could" potentially be detrimental to catalytic converters in gasoline engines. That's about the only con. Excellent oil for motorcycles if VR1 is hard to find.

If anyone else is wondering, this oil is NOT recommended for gasoline engines. I did some reading on Google and found out if the oil does not have API S spec then it's no good for gasoline engines....
