The eye drops "fiasco" was simply that cheap no-name drops made in overseas factories with no oversight and largely sold on Amazon had no quality control and unsurprisingly became contaminated.

Interesting. I paid with our FSA Visa and there weren't any prompts to include a diff card to cover sales tax. Maybe it varies by state? I'm in FL.

Blink eye drops were not on the FDA recall list. It was the generic store brand kind.

For itchy eyes, I think you are looking for eye drops for allergy. My kids use the prescription eye drops due to severe symptom but you can try over-counter ones.

Not sure if it relieves itching, but I use a drop of castor oil (Organic Castor Oil 100% Pure, Hexane-Free, Extra Virgin) on my eyelids for dry eyes.
