Unfortunately this was cheaper a week ago. I believe in the low $20s . There’s the US version but 2nd game is voucher dlc. Collectibility-wise not great since only 1st game is in the cartridge.

Many do but not all. Depends on the game. Play-Asia's website will tell you which languages are supported for each game. Just check the page.
I have a few Japanese/Asia version games from them...

In my experience, these multi language cartridges have the same game files regardless of the region. The only difference is the box and sticker depending on what region it is from. DLC usually works...
