I have around 700lbs of these plates and they fit on 5 different Olympic style bars no issues. I don't know what's up with your plates but I haven't had an issue

I bought these weights and the same companies' bar last time they were on sale (around Black Friday 2023). My bar measures out at 1.96" dia and all of my weights are over 2" by at least 0.020".

Works fine on my Olympic bars. These definitely make an annoying amount of noise compared to my rogue bumpers, when loading on and off the bar, but they work perfectly fine.

On a Synergee bar I have no complaints with them, they seem tight enough with the clamps. On my cheap curl bar they have a little play but once again, with the clamps on I've never had issues.
