Even though the Fuel Rewards app didn't show the discount, a 15 cent discount did apply when we filled up today. I had added both the 10 cents and the 15 cents offer, so it seems that the better...

I don't see the discount reflected in either the Shell app or the Fuel Rewards app, but it appears on the account dashboard after logging into the Fuel Rewards website.
