Wife makes pizza tostadas with these (refried beans or beef, lettuce tomatoes and cheese) so good. They go directly on the wire rack in the oven or BBQ.

IMO these are tolerable but do not like Mama Cozzi at all. TBH, I really prefer making them using a burrito size tortilla.
