The Costco set is really small, that said I bought it and it does big cuts with ease. Definitely worth the buy especially on sale. But again it's a small pair with very little reach

The 15" baby loper at Costco is fine for smaller branches - think roses. These are super light vs the big pruners, so a lot less tiring. This deal is for bigger branches - 1", 2" off bigger trees...

Target also has a three pack for $8 more but the handle on this lopper appears beefier which I why I plan to buy it. For those with moderate needs, the three pack should work....

Don't keep Fiskars in the sun for long periods of time. Some models have more plastic on the handles which will oxidize and fade. This particular model is mostly metal.
