It is really amazing the difference in the TDP and the similarity in performance. I am sure with overclocking you will get the same performance and similar TDP.

It really depends on what you're doing. Basic computer tasks you are correct, but the 7600 is noticeably faster in other tasks (gaming for example and single core workloads).

You can install windows 11 on any old pc. I have it running well on a 2010 laptop. Download the iso from microsoft then create the usb using rufus and use the options for backwards compatability....
