Ooh, the other benefit over the classic is that the knife folds out opposite from the keyring, so if you have it on a keychain, it's much easier to use.

I like the manager myself, adds a bottle opener, Phillips screwdriver, and pen which are all useful to me and the added size is barely noticeable. Great keychain size and I use it almost every day.
