I have 2 axes, a pole saw, and some extendable-handle loppers. All very good. I've used the loppers to cut some hard maple saplings that were big enough that I really should have got out the...

I've had some breakage (a large pole saw), but their customer service replaced it with just a couple of photos of the damage.

According to CCC, this saw has never sold for more than $20 and averages around $16 throughout the year so it’s really only ~23% off. Still a deal but Amazon list price is misleading.
