I'm not judging either, but "Simply" only replaces the HFCS with sugar. It's not considered "organic" and not a replacement for "organic" (for someone who insists upon eating "organic" foods).

Organic is overpriced and unnecessary when Heinz Simply exists. That said, this deal makes it cheaper than the non-organic stuff so if you needed Ketchup, this is probably the one to get assuming...

In this particular case, I think the organic version tastes clearly superior to the norm -- enough to justify the cost, let alone when on sale. A little tangier, if you're into that sort of thing.
