It’s a 3-in-1 poly bag set, race car/off road rally car/boat. It’s one of the vehicles in the game, so they made a tie in physical version.

This was free with Playstation Plus this past December. As a Lego fan, it's an okay game. The kart builder is really detailed, so I spent a lot of time there making some ridiculous looking karts....
