The spec time on their page listed is 2H 48M to full charge so I doubt you’re fully recharging it in an hour. I also have this exact battery, and it definitely does not fully recharge in an hour.

You have the right idea but the wrong math.
Internally it's a 10aH at 3.7v lithium yes. Lets ignore the curve there. But you aren't charging at 3.7V. minimum it's 5V. So you are always losing that...
