Check your firmware version! The latest is 1004 which should have fixed the connectivity issues experienced by some. If the Smart Things App doesn't pull this update off the server, just download it...

I was in the same boat with that issue but this Samsung soundbar is not all without issues. It keeps going offline in the app and it’s a known issue. If anyone knows of any fix, please post.
