I did not mind it, really, but I would note that that story line had a number of inconsistencies over the course of the series, things that did not really make sense.

If you remove Sisko and all of his story lines then I %100 agree with you. His chosen/prophet story line was utter garbage

Do any of these listings allow for digital downloads? I know Itunes lets you download music but somehow I doubt that extends to TV.

Doesn't really matter. Everyone that had VHS movies, bought again for DVD. People started buying digital after DVD's. and if Apple goes under, they will rebuy somewhere else.
