Important to note that only the models sold at Best buy currently have the screens downgraded. This is specifically because they are touch models. The non touch model still uses 120hz 2.8k display

My 64GB desktop uses less than 1GB of ram at idle. Don’t know what you got going on over there but it sounds like, you have some PC issues.
