I'll answer my own question: These are as good as the ones at Target that cost about $15 each. Definitely a slick deal. They come nested in a small box, each piece in bubble wrap.

These aren't bad considering the price. Quality wise, it's the same as the ones you would get from HomeGoods but each would go for $10-14.
