The refund scams are easy to solve. They can still implement Store A was refunded so revoke from Store B and Store C.

If you buy from Store A, Store A tells Store B and C that you own a license to view it. Because of the MA agreement, that allows you to view it from Store B and C so you don't need to buy it again....
