Dropped the point straight down into a block of wood from about 6 inches. No prying or twisting to get the blade out, just pulled straight up and the tip didn't come with it

I love Civivi (have 15 of them) but no it doesn’t rival a $200 bechmade. Steel in the benchmade would be better. I will say that for the $ Civivi is one of the best around.
