I would not buy any PC with less than 4 GB of RAM also Windows S since the processor is so slow. I would look at the dell refurbished web site to tell the truth. A cheap laptop will not travel well...

The Asus is definitely better. It has pretty mainstream specs, while the HP is entry-level.
