It is very easy to make your own sandwich the way you like. The trick is to find fresh bread. Start with Safeway, they bake nice bread daily

AFAIK Costco gift cards don't work for app or online purchases. I tried and found out the hard way from Reddit. Let me know if it ever works for you though.

Dont think its only costco gift cards. I tried using a gift card I bought from potbelly themself and it didnt work. It doesnt even give an error, just doesnt accept it, tried like 10 times
